A traditional British ESB (Strong Bitter). East Kent Golding hops provide a pleasant herbal and earthy flavor and hop bittnerness.  Crystal 80L Malt and Special B Malt provide a red hue and some caramel and raisin flavors and aromas.

Yeast, Grain & Hop Bags:  This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  We do provide recommendations for yeast & priming sugar above.  These recommended yeast packets can be used for up to 5 gallons of beer, so save money by purchasing a single yeast packet for multiple brews.
