SoCo Dark Mild - Partial Mash

A dark, lightly roasted British session ale readily suited to drink a couple.  Low in hop bitterness and in alcohol, but rich in toasty and light chocolate malt flavor.  English East Kent Golding hops provide light bitterness to this ale.

• ABV:  3.6%
• IBU:  18.0
• SRM:  18.3
• OG:  1.037
• FG:  1.009

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
