Cascading Comal Pale Ale - All Grain

The perfect river beer!  Take it out on the Comal and make the most of this recipe's floral aroma.  Light golden color and low bitterness make a great easy drinking summer pale ale.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.5%
• SRM:  3.2
• IBU:  24.5
• OG:  1.046
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
