SoCo Blonde Ale - Partial Mash

An easy and clean and American blonde ale.  The style has a light straw color with a balanced malt and bitterness profile.  Great for first time brewers and is a great way to transition friends to craft beer.  Enjoy on a summer evening!

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.1%
• IBU:  20
• SRM:  4
• OG:  1.051
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
