SoCo Blackberry Blonde - Partial Mash

A light and refreshing blackberry flavored blonde ale is great for relaxing outdoors in the spring and summer months.  This beer is light on bitterness and malty flavors and rich in blackberry flavors.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.8%
• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.011
• IBU:  17.7
• SRM:  3.8

Natural Flavoring Dosage:

• Use 2 ounces for light fruit flavor
• Use 3 ounces for medium fruit flavor
• Use 4 ounces for heavy fruit flavor

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
