SoCo Belgian Pale Ale - Partial Mash

A malty easy drinking Belgian Beer.  Soft and smooth like most Belgian beers, but relatively light and approachable.  This recipe combines the fruity Belgian yeast character with a light biscuity grain bill.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.4%
• OG:  1.049
• FG:  1.008
• IBU:  24.2
• SRM:  8.6

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
