This Mexican style lager is modeled after the light, clean, and crisp Mexican lagers.  There's also an added creaminess that comes from the small amount of flaked maize in the steeping grains.  A perfect beer for the hot summer months.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.6%
• OG:  10.48
• FG:  11.012
• IBU:  12.6
• SRM:  3.3

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
