This 3.4% lager is a good example of a low bitterness light American lager.  Mt Hood hops provide a very light bitterness while flaked corn provides a smooth flavor.

• ABV:  3.4%
• SRM:  2.5
• IBU:  9.6
• OG:  1.034
• FG:  1.008

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using SafLager 34/70 yeast The other recommended yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bag:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
