SoCo 1 Gallon Nut Brown Ale

This English style brown ale recipe features Maris Otter as a base malt and biscuit malt, crystal 80L malt, and chocolate malt as specialty malts.  This results in prominent malty, nutty, and biscuit flavors.  Willamette hops provide a light bitterness level to compliement the malt flavors.

• FG:  1.014
