This 1 gallon all grain pale ale recipe features Centennial hops which provide citrus grapefruit, and floral flavors and aromas.  Crystal 40L malt is added to provide a light amber color.

• SRM:  5.9
• IBU:  38.8
• OG:  1.056
• FG:  1.012
