SoCo 1 Gallon Best Bitter

An English style ale that is amber in color and full of malt flavor.  Maris Otter malt provides a malty base while Crystal 80L malt gives this beer its amber color and some caramel flavors.  East Kent Golding hops provide a medium hop bitterness and some spice and light citrus flavors and aromas.

• FG:  1.010
