A classic Belgian Saison recipe with Belgian Pilsen malt as a base and Caramunich and Aromatic malts providing light caramel and malty flavors.  Styrian Golding hops are used for a light hop bitterness and light earthy and spice flavors and aromas.

• IBU:  28.1
• OG:  1.050
• FG:  1.011
