Pump Up The Pumpkin Ale - Partial Mash

A deep amber colored ale infused with pumpkin spice flavoring.  Pumkin spice flavoring adds very distinct pumpkin spice flavoring that will remind you of pumpkin pie.  Golden naked oats and Biscuit malt provide a rich nutty flavor and Crystal 120L and Caravienne contribute caramel and dark fruit flavors. East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops provide subtle floral and earthy aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using SafAle S-04 English Ale yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
