Pre-Prohibition Style American Lager - Partial Mash
This 5.1% ABV American style bitter lager uses traditional American grains and hops. 6-row barley, flaked corn, and flaked wheat are used to make a golden color lager. Cluster hops are an old American hop that gives this beer distinct bitterness and floral, earthy and sweet fruit flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using SafLager 34/70 dry yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
