Dip into the mash to see if you're in the correct 5.0 to 5.6 range. Higher than 5.6 can cause tannin extraction and cause astringent flavors.

Usage Instructions
- Remove one pH test strip from the vial, being careful not to touch the strip anywhere other than where you grasp it
- Dip the test strip into the solution being tested for 1-2 seconds.
- Remove and allow to set for 10-15 seconds and compare to the color chart for an approximate pH determination.
