Pale Ale malt is slightly darker than Standard American 2 Row and Pilsner Malts. Â You can use it up to 100% for brewing pale to slightly dark beers like Pale Ale, IPA, Imperial Pale Ale, and as a basis for darker Ales and Stouts as well. Â Pale Ale Malt has become a popular base malt for almost any style beer.Â
