Jun is a special type of fermented tea! It's full of probiotics just like kombucha, but it is brewed with honey instead of sugar.
Traditionally brewed using green tea, its's delicious with our Jasmine, Strawberry, or Coconut green teas!

We recommend starting your jun in a 1 gallon glass jar and use cheesecloth on top of the jar during fermentation.
