Orange Blossom Honey Kolsch - Partial Mash
A lightly hopped Kolsch with with distinct sweet citrus flavor coming from orange blossom honey added during the boil. German Pilsen malt and Munich malt are used to provide a very light and crisp bready malt flavor. Hersbrucker hops contribute a very light hop bitterness.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP029 Kolsch yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
