Omega OYL-402 Cosmic Punch™ Ale Yeast
Cosmic Punch Ale Yeast has flavors and aromas that include passionfruit, grapefruit, guava. A Thiolized™ version of our popular hazy strain, British V (OYL-011), Cosmic Punch generates thiols through biotransformation creating pungent tropical aromas of Southern Hemisphere hops and New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Expect this punchy strain to unleash vibrant passionfruit, grapefruit, and guava notes. Get creative and experiment with mash hopping or wine grape-derived products to push even more thiols.
