New Zealand IPA - All Grain

An IPA recipe full of New Zealand hops.  Nectaron and Superdelic hops citrus, berry, stone fruit, and tropical flavors and aromas. Nelson Sauvin hops add additional citrus and white wine flavors and aromas.  Pale malt, crystal 60L malt, and flaked wheat give this ale a deep golden color with hints of amber and light malty and light caramel flavors.

Hop Sensory Profile:

• Nectaron®: provides an intense mix of distinctive pineapple stone fruit citrus that lends itself perfectly to a range of beer styles including NEIPA, IPA, Pale Ales and Lagers.
• Superdelic™: A versatile new variety from NZ Hops bursting with tropical, citrus, and candy character.

  • Grains: Pale Malt, Crystal 60L Malt and Flaked Wheat

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This beer was designed using Fermentis Safale S-04 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity. 

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
