New Zealand Blonde Ale - All Grain

This 4.9% ABV blonde ale features New Zealand Wai-iti and Motueka hops which give this ale light and pleasant citrus, lime, and stone fruit flavors and aromas.  Pale malt and Crystal 10L give this beer a light golden color.

• OG:  1.050
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This beer was designed using Fermentis Safale S-04 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity. 

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
