Nectaron Single Hop IPA - Partial Mash

This 6% ABV IPA features Nectaron® hops that have citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, stonefruit flavors and aromas.  2 Row Malt, Crystal 40L, and Carapils provide a classic West Coast style malt profile with a pale amber color.

Hop Sensory Profile:

• Nectaron: Nectaron® provides an intense mix of distinctive pineapple stone fruit citrus that lends itself perfectly to a range of beer styles including NEIPA, IPA, Pale Ales and Lagers.

This recipe is a stronger ABV version of our Nectaron Single Hop Pale Ale.

  • Grains: 2 Row Malt, Crystal 40L Malt, and Carapils

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast. The other recommended yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
