Moonlight Cruise Black Ale - All Grain

A moderately hopped black ale that focuses on the malty and light roasty flavors.  This is a great choice if you want a Schwarzbier (Black Lager) and don't want to go through the lagering process.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.2%
• IBU:  25.5
• SRM:  25.7
• OG:  1.050
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
