Our 5 gallon dark ale, stout, and porter recipes are malt forward and emphasize darker malt flavors. These darker malts will add roast, coffee, caramel, and biscuit flavors and aromas.  All Grain Brewing is more advanced than partial mash brewing and requires additional equipment and skill.
