This 6 gallon Italian glass carboy is the perfect vessel for fermenting 5 gallon batches of beer, wine, hard cider, and mead. It's inherently impermeable to oxygen, meaning it does not allow oxygen to pass through and affect the liquid inside. Our glass carboys are a step above the others, as they are made of consistent, thick, exceptional quality Italian glass, giving them a more uniform thickness that adds to its total strength and durability.
