Glaring Grackle Imperial Stout - Partial Mash
The 10% ABV Glaring Grackle Imperial Stout features American style hops and a robust malt bill. This beer has plenty of roast and caramel flavors and is balanced with Chinook and Nugget hops.
This recipe was designed using Lallemand BRY-97 West Coast Ale dry yeast. For slightly higher attenuation and higher alcohol content, consider using San Diego Super Yeast which could give you a final gravity as low as 1.018 and a alcohol content as high as 10.2%.
