Briess Traditional Dark Dry Malt Extract (DME) - 1 LB
Traditional Dark Dry Malt Extract (DME) is often used in partial mash beers such as stouts, porters, and other dark colored beers.
CBW Traditional Dark is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. Traditional Dark can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Traditional Dark is also available as Liquid Malt Extract (LME).
Dry Malt Extract can also be used in all-grain and partial mash brewing to increase alcohol levels when target efficiencies are not achieved.
