Briess Sparkling Amber Dry Malt Extract (DME) - 1 LB
Briess Sparkling Amber Dry Malt Extract (DME) is often used in malt forward partial mash beers such as Red and Amber Ales, Munich Style Beers, Bock and Oktoberfest Beers, Scottish Ales, and darker beers including Stouts and Porters.
CBW Sparkling Amber is 100% pure malted barley extract made from a blend of 100% malt and water. Sparkling Amber can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Sparkling Amber is also available as Liquid Malt Extract (LME).
Dry Malt Extract can also be used in all-grain and partial mash brewing to increase alcohol levels when target efficiencies are not achieved.
