Briess Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (DME) - 3 LB
Briess Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (DME) is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. Golden Light can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Golden Light LME is often used is in partial mash beers such as Brown Ales, Stouts, Porters, holiday ales, and other malt forward beers. Golden Light is also available as Dry Malt Extract (DME).
Dry Malt Extract can also be used in all-grain and partial mash brewing to increase alcohol levels when target efficiencies are not achieved.
