Briess Bavarian Wheat Dry Malt Extract (DME) - 1 LB
Bavarian Wheat Dry Malt Extract (DME) is often used in partial mash and mini mash wheat beers such as Hefeweizen, American Wheat Ales, Dunkelweizen, and Weizenbock. Dry Malt Extract can also be used in all-grain and partial mash brewing to increase alcohol levels when target efficiencies are not achieved. Briess Bavarian Wheat is also available as Liquid Malt Extract (LME).
