This 5.7% milk stout has rich chocolate and creamy flavors that come cacao nibs, lactose, and flaked oats.  Cluster and Willamette hops provide a balanced bitterness.

• IBU:  27.2
• SRM:  36.4

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
