Cascade Hop Pellets have aroma descriptors that include medium intense floral, citrus and grapefruit tones.  It was developed by open pollination of a Fuggle seedling and is the most popular variety in craft brewing.   Beer Styles:  American Style Pale Ale, Amber Ale, IPA

• Alpha Acid:  4.5 - 7.0%
• Beta Acid:  4.8 - 7.0%
• Co-humulone:  33 - 40%
• Total Oil:  0.7 - 1.4 mL/100g
• Myrcene:  45 - 60% of total oil
• Caryophyllene:  3 - 6% of total oil
• Farnesene:  6 - 9% of total oil
• Humulene:  8 - 13% of total oil
