Traditional and popular German style hops include Hallertau, Tennang, Magnum, Hersbrucker, and Northern Brewer hops.  These hops have flavors and aromas that include spice, pepper, grass, black tea, and hay.  There are also other German hops that have fruity and citrus flavors and aromas like Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria, and Hallertau Blanc.
