Dosage:

• 1 Gallon: 1/8 - 1/4 Teaspoon of yeast, 1/2 ounce of Soda Extract, 2 cups of sugar
• 2 Gallon: 1/4 - 1/2 Teaspoon of yeast, 1 ounce of Soda Extract, 4 cups of sugar
• 4 Gallon: 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon of yeast, 2 ounce of Soda Extract, 8 cups of sugar
