Blackberry Witbier - Partial Mash
This Belgian-style Witbier (Belgian White Ale) begins with a traditional grain and hop base and ends with prominent blackberry flavor. Bitter orange peel and coriander seeds provide light citrus and spice flavors. Natural blackberry flavoring is added before bottling to provide prominent blackberry flavors.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Lallemand Wit yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
Natural Flavoring Dosage:
- Use 2 ounces for light fruit flavor
- Use 3 ounces for medium fruit flavor
- Use 4 ounces for heavy fruit flavor
