Azacca Hop Pellets have aroma descriptors that include citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit (pears and apples) and pine needles. This hops is named for the Haitian god of agriculture. It has excellent aromatic qualities. Therefore, Azacca is a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles. It has become a favorite for IPA brewers.
