Apollo™ Single Hop Pale Ale - Partial Mash

This 5.3% ABV Pale Ale features Apollo™ hops.  Apollo hops have flavors and aromas that include lime, grapefruit, and pine.  Pale Malt, Carapils, and Crystal 80L Malt give this pale ale recipe a deep golden color.

• OG:  1.051
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Fermentis US-05 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
