The analog temperature controller works by overriding the internal thermostat of your current refrigerator and maintaining a set temperature based on wherever the sensor is placed. It can cool from 20-80 Deg F. This is a perfect tool for maintaining a beer fridge or for converting a fridge into the perfect fermentation chamber.
