Amberserk Amber Ale - Partial Mash
This 6.3% Amber Ale is is strong in malty caramel flavors. This beer also features Northern Brewer and Saaz hops which provide some spicy and herbal flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1968 London ESB yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
Yeast Pitch Rate: We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
