22nd State Amber Ale - All Grain
This Amber ale recipe is dedicated to the State of Alabama which was the 22nd state admitted into the Union but the 49th state to legalize homebrew. Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Crystal 80L, and Chocolate Malt provide a classic American Amber ale color and light malt flavors which Cluster and Willamette hops provide a light hop bitterness and some floral and spice hop flavors and aromas. Â
