This 1 gallon homebrew starter kit comes with all the equipment you need (excluding bottles, a capper, and caps) as well as the ingredients to make a Kolsch.  Our all-grain 1 gallon recipe kits contain all of the milled grain, hops, yeast & instructions needed to make a 1 gallon batch of beer.

About this recipe:  A traditional German style ale that resembles a lager.  Great to ferment at ale temperatures, but still provides a crisp, clean finish associated with German lagers.  Pale straw color with low bitterness.  You can purchase additional recipe kits that work with this equipment here.

• Plastic Airlock
• Rubber 6.5 Bung
• Mini Auto-Siphon and 5 feet of tubing
• 2 Gallon Plastic Fermenting Bucket and Grommeted Lid
• Large Muslin Grain Bag
• 1 oz Priming Sugar
• 8 oz Easy Clean Cleaner
• Laboratory Thermometer

• 3/8" Bottle Filler for better control and less spillage while bottling your beer
