This 1 gallon homebrew starter kit comes with all the equipment you need (excluding bottles, a capper, and caps) as well as the ingredients to make a Hefeweizen. Our all-grain 1 gallon recipe kits contain all of the milled grain, hops, yeast & instructions needed to make a 1 gallon batch of beer.

About the recipe:  A traditional German style hefeweizen with a perfect balance of banana and clove notes.  German wheat malt gives this beer a pale straw colored cloudiness.  This ale is lightly hopped for balance with very low bitterness.  You can purchase additional recipe kits that work with this equipment here.
