SoCo Munich Dunkel - All Grain

A deep and complex German lager with rich bread and toast flavors with hints of caramel and chocolate.  German Perle hops are used for bittering while Saaz hops provide light spicy and herbal noble hop flavors.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.5%
• IBU:  24.4
• SRM:  21.5
• OG:  1.053
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
