SoCo Irish Extra Stout - All Grain

This Irish Extra Stout features the roasty and chocolaty flavors that you would expect from an Irish Stout.  This beer highlights the traditional Irish Stout ingredients of Pale Malt and Roasted Barley.  This beer is a little more malty and a little higher in alcohol than an Irish Stout.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.8%
• IBU:  40.4
• SRM:  34.7
• OG:  1.060
• FG:  1.016

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
