SoCo Golden Sunset Belgian Golden Ale - Partial Mash

This is an easy drinking Belgian golden ale.  Light in color with a attenuated dry finish.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.6%
• SRM:  6.5
• IBU:  22.5
• OG:  1.059
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP550.  Using other recommended yeasts may result in different levels of attenuation and slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring (Reusable)
