A light and refreshing German style ale with light hop bitterness.  Vienna and Munich malts provide bread and toast malt flavors while Perle and Saaz hops contribute subtle floral, tea and spice flavors and aromas.

• IBU:  24.6
• SRM:  3.9
• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
