SoCo Pumpkin Spice Blonde Ale - All Grain

An American style blonde ale dominated by pumpkin spice flavors with hints of bread and caramel malt flavors.  This beer also features Loral hops which contribute light floral, herbal, and citrus flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• 5.0% ABV
• 22.1 IBU
• 4.7 SRM
• 1.049 OG
• 1.011 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Natural Flavoring Dosage Recommendation:

• Use 2 ounces for light pumpkin spice flavor
• Use 3 ounces for medium pumpkin spice flavor
• Use 4 ounces for heavy pumpkin spice flavor

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
