SoCo Holiday Stout - All Grain

This holiday stout is full of cinnamon, chocolate, caramel, plum, and citrus flavors with hints of biscuit.  Cinnamon sticks are added to the boil and this beer is hopped with Galena and Loral hops which contribute dark fruit, citrus, and earthy flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• 6.5% ABV
• 50.1 IBU
• 34.0 SRM
• 1.063 OG
• 1.014 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
