SoCo Gluten-Free Amber Ale Extract Kit
Our Gluten-Free Amber Ale features Sorghum extract, Cluster hops and Cascade hops. Cascade hops provide light grapefruit and floral flavors and aromas. BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Extract is a gluten free, 100% concentrated wort made from the unmalted grain, not the cane, of the white sorghum plant. D-90 Candi Syrup gives this beer its amber color. We recommend using Lallemand: BRY-97 West Coast Ale yeast because this yeast is Gluten-Free.
