SoCo Dark Wheat Ale - All Grain

An American style wheat ale featuring chocolate wheat and crystal wheat.  Crystal 40L contributes light caramel flavor while chocolate wheat gives this ale its dark color and some roast & coffee flavors and aromas.  Falconer's flight hops light tropical and citrus flavors and aromas.

• ABV:  5.4%
• IBU:  21.4
• SRM:  23.9
• OG:  1.053
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
